Description

Inspired by Greek cuisine, cook vegetables, grains, beans and pulses following a healthy Mediterranean diet, with ingredients such as olive oil, garlic, lemons, and fresh herbs.

The day is a mixture of demonstration and practical hands on cookery, with plenty of time to sample the results.

Have fun filling and folding filo pastry creating homemade Baklava, Spanakopita and Chickpea Bourekia. Learn how to make homemade dolmades.

A simple country soup will be provided for lunch leaving the whole day to create our mouth watering mezze. This includes a selection of dips, salads and baked aubergine.

All food is suitable for vegans.
