Giving up dairy produce and eggs? Want to make an indulgent vegan afternoon tea for friends and family? This course will teach you how to bake delicious vegan cakes.

Learn how to bake a perfect vegan sponge cake and sweet short crust pastry. Make some scones to enjoy with jam and homemade thick vegan cream.

There will be time to experiment with a variety of flavours of cake as well as baking a batch of biscuits.

A light lunch will be provided. The day is a mixture of demonstration and practical hands on baking, with plenty of time to sample our sweet treats.

All food is suitable for vegans.
