Learn how to bake a perfect vegan sponge cake and sweet short crust pastry. Make some scones to enjoy with jam and homemade thick vegan cream.
There will be time to experiment with a variety of flavours of cake as well as baking a batch of biscuits.
A light lunch will be provided. The day is a mixture of demonstration and practical hands on baking, with plenty of time to sample our sweet treats.
All food is suitable for vegans.
