Love travel? Recreate a taste of Thailand at home! Use fragrant delicate spices - coriander, lemongrass, ginger and kaffir lime leaves.

Explore cutting and preparation techniques to make your own Thai Green curry paste. Have fun making sweet corn fritters and folding golden money bags.

We will use tofu and seasonal vegetables to prepare a selection of tasty curries, fragrant Pad Thai noodles, and a delicious green papaya salad.

The day is a mixture of demonstration and practical hands on cookery, with plenty of time to sample the results.

All food is suitable for vegans.
