Description
Learn to make your own seitan from scratch. We’ll use vital wheat gluten to create batches of homemade seitan. We’ll use different cooking techniques and a variety of flavour to make some tasty vegan meals.
Seitan is so versatile, we’ll cook it street food style, but also use it to create warming casseroles and bakes.
The day is a mixture of demonstration and practical hands on cookery, with plenty of time to sample the results.
All food is suitable for vegans. Please note, this course is not suitable for those with coeliac disease or wheat intolerances.
