Ready in 30 minutes Serves 4


  • 50g plain flour
  • 50g gram flour
  • 300ml soya milk (unsweetened)
  • sunflower oil for frying


  1. Place ingredients in a blender jug and blend.
  2. Leave to stand for at least 20 minutes.
  3. Heat oil in crepe/frying pan, add a ladle full of pancake mixture,
    and cook on both sides. Keep warm.
  4. Add more oil as needed to cook remainder of pancakes.
