Inspired by Greek cuisine, cook vegetables, grains, beans and pulses following a healthy Mediterranean diet, with ingredients such as olive oil, garlic, lemons, and fresh herbs.
The day is a mixture of demonstration and practical hands on cookery, with plenty of time to sample the results.
