We will make a selection of classic desserts including Banoffee Pie, Cheesecake, Tiramisu, Panacotta, and Sticky Toffee Pudding.
The course includes step-by-step demonstration of vegan staples such as thick cream, meringues, and lemon curd.
A light lunch will be provided. The day is a mixture of demonstration and practical hands on baking, with plenty of time to sample our sweet treats.
All food is suitable for vegans. Please note, this course is not suitable for those with coeliac disease or wheat intolerances.
