Giving up dairy produce and eggs? Treat yourself to some indulgent vegan desserts. Perfect for afternoon tea and guaranteed to impress friends and family.

We will make a selection of classic desserts including Banoffee Pie, Cheesecake, Tiramisu, Panacotta, and Sticky Toffee Pudding.

The course includes step-by-step demonstration of vegan staples such as thick cream, meringues, and lemon curd.

A light lunch will be provided. The day is a mixture of demonstration and practical hands on baking, with plenty of time to sample our sweet treats.

All food is suitable for vegans.
