Measures implemented to ensure the safety of all.
Course numbers will be reduced to a maximum of four people. Two metre distancing will be in place, however there will be some times in the kitchen when it will be less. To mitigate this masks will be worn. I have some available if you don’t have one. Masks need to be of a good triple layer standard.
You will have your own workstation, and cook your own food, or as a pair if you are attending with a family member or someone in your support bubble.
Regular hand washing will take place throughout the session in line with usual kitchen practice.
On full day courses, a light lunch, prepared by myself, will be eaten in the garden or in the ventilated conservatory. This may include some food you have cooked yourself in the morning session.
Rather than our usual shared meal at the end of a course, food will be taken home in containers. You should bring containers if you wish to take your food home.
Usual terms and conditions stand, however if you have Covid symptoms and have been told to self-isolate, please get in touch and do not visit.
If a student tests positive for coronavirus, booking information will be shared with NHS track and trace personnel.
Students are expected to comply with all measures implemented so they we all feel safe.
If you have any questions please get in touch.
To begin with, just one room will be let, unless guests come together to use two single rooms.
Please maintain safe distance with our family when coming in and out of the building.
The rooms will have undergone a through two-stage cleaning schedule.
Touch points, including door handles and banisters, will be sanitised regularly during your stay.
