Celebrate the autumn harvest with seasonal squashes!

A mixture of demonstration and hands on cooking; there is time to explore cutting and preparation techniques whilst preparing a selection of recipes for lunch.

Cook up soups, a variety of fillings, tasty casseroles, and grain dishes!

Sit down to enjoy the results at lunchtime, followed by a dish of traditional Malvern pudding.
