The day begins with coffee at 10.00am followed by a demonstration; there is time
to explore cutting and preparation techniques, whilst preparing a fragrant
carrot and dill soup for lunch.
The afternoon session is a mixture of demonstration and practical cookery. We
make a selection of tarts; create some stunning salads, a healthy quinoa dish,
and a tangy tofu kebab.
Then you will then sit down to eat the results, and round off with scrumptious
strawberries with amoretto and chocolate sauce.
