course includes something for everyone from basic pasta sauces to cooking for
special occasions.
Each recipe can be prepared and cooked in 30 minutes. Explore a range of
meat-free staple ingredients. Time saving tips will be given, along with ideas
for meal planning. The day begins with coffee at 10.00am, followed by a
demonstration and practical session. After lunch you prepare main courses such
as sausage and cannelini bean hotpot and speedy chick pea and spinach curry.
This is followed by some quick puddings. You can enjoy the results at the end of
the afternoon.
